Ben Affleck has revealed his new look-full head of grey hair-at the Venice Film Festival where he appeared with 'The Town' co-star Rebecca Hall.

During the new flick promotion, the 38-year-old actor's naturally dark mane was replaced with shocking full head of gray hair.

Affleck's new look may come as a surprise to some fans since he was recently sporting a dark mop in July, reports the New York Daily News.

His sudden mature appearance now has skeptics believing that he's been maintaining his youthful look with the help of some hair dye.
